So my teacher always tells us how essential oils have healing qualities to them, you can put them in your water, put them on an open cut, or put them on certain parts of your body to release pain or stress. She talked about a few specific ones. I’m going to try lavender and cyrpess grade oils. I have bad circulation and she said that if you put the cypress oil on the bottoms of your feet it will help your circulation because the biggest pores on your body are on your feet. And then lavender is basically a multi purpose oil. It will help with headaches, joint pain, cuts and infections, and as well as burns. I actually have a really big burn scar on my thigh from a motorcycle and I’m going to start rubbing it on to see if it will go down at all. So, I’m going to start experimenting and let you all know how it goes. Chao!
